Care and Maintenance

Maintenance

Wipe wooden parts with a clean, damp cloth, wipe off excess water with a dry cloth. Moisture will leave cracks in stain. We do not recommend the use of detergents or micro fiber cloth. Clean plastic parts with warm water and mild soap. Colors may change if the chair is exposed to sunlight.

Tested for safety​. Free from harmful substances​. Safe with softly curved edges and sturdy wooden legs.

Warranty Information

Stokke offers an Extended Warranty for several of its products, enhancing the standard warranty period to either 3 or 7 years. To benefit from this, you need the product's serial number and proof of purchase.

The Extended Warranty covers manufacturing faults that occur during normal recommended use and maintenance as specified in the product's user guide and instruction manual​​.

Products covered by the Stokke Extended Warranty include:

However, the warranty does not cover issues from normal wear and tear, overloading, material variations, environmental factors, accidents, or unauthorized accessories​​.

For warranty issues, it's recommended to contact the original retailer. If that's not possible, Stokke Customer Service can be contacted for advice. It's advised to have a full description of the issue, proof of purchase, model, color, and serial number ready for efficient assistance​​​
